Puffle Sketchs 2010!

When Club Penguin first lanuched, there weren't any puffles at all.But a lot of penguins asked to have some kind of pet to adopt and CP decided to make up a completely new creature. That's how the puffle came to be. Actually, penguins even decided on the name "puffle"!

Last year CP showed a couple of the original sketches back from November 2005 when artists first started sketching what a penguin's pet might look like - they wanted to show some of those again (in case you missed them) plus a few more that have never been seen before.

What do you think?

Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge!

Guess what?! Part 2 of Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge is coming out soon! Yahoo! Here's what Club Penguin said about it:

It's been over a year since the original Elite Penguin Force for Nintendo DS came out. We've heard that lots of you like it and you've even been asking if we're making another one. We're really excited to be the first to tell you about the brand NEW EPF game for the Nintendo DS that'll be released mid 2010!! Club Penguin: Elite Penguin Force: Herbert's Revenge will have cool stuff you said you liked from the first game - and TONS of new surprises.

Since the team's building it right now, we want to be able to show you some behind-the-scenes work we're doing. Just for a start, here's a sketch of something you'll be seeing in the game...

Secrets Of The Bamboo Forest!

The new play has arrived! It's called "Secrets of the Bamboo Forest". It came out on the 12th of Feburary.



The story is about Monkey King, his friend Funny Pig, and their quest to find treasure in the Phoenix Queen's palace. Before they can enter the palace, they need to find the Golden Feather. Monkey King and Funny Pig search all over the Island and finally get it. They return to the palace with the feather, to find their ways blocked by the Queen's Guardian Dog. He tells them that the only way to enter is to find the Golden Feather. Monkey shows him the feather and Guardian Dog lets them in. The Phoenix Queen greets Monkey King eagerly, and congratulates both Monkey King and Funny Pig for their dedication with a background. They all end up happy and hope for new adventures in the future.

New Reviewed by You and Newspaper Delay!

Cp found a bug that kept the newspaper from coming out on time(Don't worry, the bug squashed) I was pretty upset about this. But everything turned out fine!

Club Penguin Improvements!!!

Club Penguin has been some improvements! Here's the post about it from the CP community blog:

Just wanted to let you know that we've been working on some big improvements to our servers this week. We're upgrading almost all of our servers to make the game even faster!

Big news! Starting this Friday there's a brand new play at the Stage! Secrets of the Bamboo Forest has a few surprises and the team's been working really hard to get it all ready. I shouldn't give away all the secrets, but the team wanted to show you this:

Puffle party Sneak Peaks!

I found some more sneaks peaks of the Puffle Party! Happy77 interviewed someone who's helping to plan it:

You don't have to own a puffle, but hopefully you enjoy being around them! Of course, we do encourage puffle owners to bring their puffles to the party... there may be activities for the little creatures...
